   So great. That La Jolla rock jetty 1890s looked the same this morning when I was there as it did then.

   I can assure you that by any measure house prices are not the same.

   Well, look at that. A happy guy with 17 kids that he can afford. Haven’t seen the like since before the Roosevelt administration.
