What a flip!
This sold for $4,100,000 in 2014, was rebuilt, and then sold for $10,700,000 two years later:

As good as twitter gets right here: Meet the Chicago-area man behind the hilarious Super 70s Sports Twitter account: 'I poke fun. It's a little profane. But I think it's good-hearted' https://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/ct-spt-super-70s-sports-ricky-cobb-20190223-story.html
I am an active realtor working the street so most of the time the reality is stranger than fiction these days. But you could probably say that it's been like that since the beginning in 2005. Thanks for asking.
@Bubbleinfo Honest question - is your blog a parody? Other than the videos And the name I can’t tell

Comment Quality rebuild in a great area is no-brainer…even if you tear down and rebuild as shown by this record sale. Quality will sell at a premium price. It is happening here along the beach areas as we speak especially del mar, cardiff, encinitas etc of tear down and remodel, and after looking at the population projections in the future for san diego county more people and higher demand to live closer to the coast as it gets more congested such as plans for the future build in mira mesa, etc.
My advice is buy the neighborhood, you can always remodel and if can afford it just to get in. I also like rancho santa fe which is 6 miles to the beach …min lot size there is going to be a premium in the future as San Diego becomes bigger and more congested and there you have your cake and eat it too.
A well built house, but over $10m for compromised ocean views?
