Went to a great party at the Storer House up the hill in the late 80’s. Wright was a genius in his design and fabrication. Too bad it can’t or isn’t done the same today. Instead it is all sticks and stucco. Joel Silver should be more recognized for putting the time and money into preserving one of the great homes of the era.
If I had the means to build a home like that, that’s exactly how I’d set up my dining room. Just enough chairs for me, my accountant, and faithful team of attorneys.
