If someone wants to buy your house on the first day, I say sell it to them.

    If they are offering list price and contingencies aren’t outrageous, make the deal!

    1.) You’re getting what you asked for, list price.
    2.) You’ll make the buyer happy, they’re buying your house!
    3.) One day YOU will be the buyer and might be in a similar house buying situation. Create good karma for yourself by following the golden rule! 🙂
