The problem with that design is….
bad feng shui
You should not be able to see the back door from the front door.
I think the concept of feng shui is dying (thank God) – functionality, schools, resalability and glitzy (who will be impressed) seem to be the priority in making the decision
You don’t have to believe in it you just have to please 50% of the buyer pool.
Agreed, and Davidson doesn’t need to convince the entire marketplace, they only need to find 63 buyers and then boom – Arterro is sold out.
It’s why the reliance on comparable sales is so sketchy. You don’t know what the previous buyers were thinking – or if they were thinking!!
