What is funny, everything that flies by remote is now considered a “drone”. If used commercially, they are subject to FAA sanctions. More out of control Federal Government. Create a problem and you need more people to govern it. Most likely whoever created this video is in violation of numerous Federal regulations.
Looks like the perfect place to plop down an ultradense metrosexual urbanomagnet. Once imposed the very nature of the remaining neighborhood will be transformed for the better into a modern model of perfect coastal living.
