Reader TH asked about the cancelled/expired/withdrawn listings.

This year there were 479 cancelled/expired/withdrawn listings in June-Aug, compared to 455 last year. Hopefully the high-enders will pack it in for the holidays, and get the 700+ active listings down around a more-manageable 500 or fewer!

With school getting started and the Labor Day weekend, it was no surprise that the pendings were down. Will they pick up again?
