    This is not sold yet. I am not sure who in the right mind would pay $1.15M for this.

    That grey pipe looks suspiciously like “Quest”, the infamous polybutylene stuff of class action lawsuit fame. Patching the inevitable leaks with that stuff is a fool’s errand – replumb the entire place in copper once and done. Ask me how I know…
