Is CV is slowly becoming La Jolla, an after thought for most buyers?
South of 56 prices are ridiculous right now, maybe 10% heavy. North of 56 used to be more of a value play since these were older houses built in the 80’s. However it looks like these guys also want south of 56 prices now, which were built in 2000’s. So net results is a lot of turkeys sitting and waiting for offers that are not coming.
At what point will sellers realize this and adjust the prices?
