Maybe if my agent didn’t scoff at Zillow it would be helpful. What he doesn’t realize is sometimes properties show up on Zillow that aren’t in the MLS.
Zillow could be the king of the road within a year or two.

When they went public 1.5 years ago they had 20 mobile views per second. Now they have 75 views per second on mobile devices.

Zillow is the leading real estate website, yet only 12% of Americans have heard of it.
This is the way everything is going to go. Cloud Bases Web apps that are fast efficient, have back end support by professionals making life easier for buyers/ sellers and agents. Only a matter of time before Process map incorporates Title and Lending services.
Where estate agents have to be carefull is that websites could take over from the average or poor quality realtor in the same way they have taken over computer support (forums, online help etc.) from poor quality IT support people.
