   Do a lot of agents seem to learn on the job these days?

   Do you prefer having listings or working with buyers? Seems like there is more work with buyers.

   Amigo – I thought the wife was wearing out the new car quickly ferrying the kids about. You must do 30 – 40K miles/year easy!
