The Brookstone sellers countered 6 of the 20 offers. $580,000, as-is, no appraisal contingency, 3% deposit. The property needs $1300 in termite and has a leaky roof all original except for a basic new range, microwave and a non operational spa to boot. I don’t know what happened to the $600,000 offer?
