Saw a caravan of over 100 mid 70’s vans with the portal windows in the back, shag carpet and chrome wheels yesterday. I could imagine they all had disco music playing on their 8-tracks.

That first house sold for $510K back in 2002…amazing that the price for a radioactive house in CV is still 50% higher than pre-bubble pricing.
