    I rented that place back in the late 90’s. You missed the best part (toilet in the garage). Giant lot, we considered buying and getting construction loan to build multiple units. Street parking was tight though.

    Pretty sun room, nice transom windows, good natural light.

    I’d call the bathroom fixtures “burnt orange.”
