    Cute. Now, stage the kitchen a little harder. It’s a nice kitchen, but people aren’t going to be able to tell with all the stuff on the counters.

    Once again Amy P is right on the money. New cabinet handles (more modern style) might help too.

    That’s a great neighborhood too with a good location. Walk to multiple great schools and the tennis courts to boot! Good find…

    That is a very decent price. ESP compared to comparables in CV.

    I can’t get over the price difference between there, and the San Diego Bay Park area, or many other areas that are considered “close-in”. It makes me even more unsatisfied with local close-in inventory.
