    Pretty amazing spot, always wondered what was up in that corner. Obviously there are “no fees” but I am guessing the water bill to maintain the jungle is at least $500 a month, plus more for the gardener (even for the urban farmer, that’s a lot to maintain)? Plus the pool. But man, what a party you could have.

    Shadash, you can pay for a whole mess of gardeners for what you’re saving by not paying MR and HOA fees every month. 🙂
