Seems like a good deal to me. I’d take that over a Carmel Valley tract house.

looks like it would be fairly easy to add some more living space on the second story toward the back yard. was that rolled roofing on the roof looking toward ban yard from 2nd story? Maybe a flipper will buy it and throw in some stainless and granite and relist next month for 100k more?
Yes, or a flipper could go to the yuppie junkyard and retro the kitchen, then do like Tom did at the Painted Lady and add a shiny new master suite out the back – poof, instant equity!

Hey, no HOA!
Sorry for not having any respect for the historical, but I just want to tear that thing down.

For those who didn’t see the full video here’s the best part!!!
Unfortunately there’s just not enough left of what made this house special back in the day. Tearing it down and starting over with a new house that was designed to look old would be a better solution.

Yep, TD for sure, which means overpriced.

$900,000 for the privilege of undoing all that tragic renovation (the cheap kitchen, the paneled room) is awfully high, particularly with that busy location.
The tract house is looking pretty good right now.

That location is awesome; if you hate noise then look toward another city. If it was $800k (or I was $100k richer) I’d put in an offer immediately… this coming from a habitual fence-sitter. If more like this would come to market it would make my millennium.
So much better than a CV little box on a hillside made of ticky tacky.

“So much better than a CV little box on a hillside made of ticky tacky.”
This house is at least 25% ticky tacky after all the renovations.

I don’t think you got the reference.
