    Beautiful house. About 3 blocks due west of this house… is that the sports gamblers cliff property on Carlsbad Blvd?

    The “trains, planes, automobiles, industrial parks & smoke stack” kill it for me.

    I’d rather buy a funky beach house in Leucadia close to the beach and not have to deal with the airplanes and the lovely view of the smoke stack/industrial parks..
