Those prices are still too high for sure and half that stuff is scratch and dent! The big box stores are killing everyone, Lowe’s is the only place to go IMO unless you need the high end stuff.
Also, for everyone who put in new appliances this year, don’t forget the SDGE rebates available. All you need are your original receipts and you can apply online.
Fantastic! Go in with 5 bills and make an offer on something you need- if they dont take it start walking out. Congrats to anyone that can score on this.
This is what being prudent, having savings and living below your means is all about!

I visited that store with a flipper friend a few years back and the prices were laughable. You’re right Jim, even at 50% off, the prices are still too high. I predict they’ll be lowered by 75% in 2-3 weeks.
Bando?
Viking – electric? Isn’t that an oxymoron?

Twelve thousand for a SEARS tub?!? 🙂
@shea
“Standards of Excellence is a divisions of Sears…”
…WAS a division of Sears.
Reminds me of Home Depot’s failed attempt to go upscale, Home Expo. That one went bust even before the bubble burst.
$365 for one piece of glass, called shelf….that is crazy…
