    Nicer location than the stuff on Craven or Edgewater or that new Arbor Ranch by Centex for comparable price . Best of all- superior San Marcos school district!

    I’m not wild about the cabinets, but that’s a nice, clean contemporary but non-trendy look. I don’t look at it and think–how the heck do I fix this?

    I hate to be a negative Nancy (from Spain no less, where I am for three months)….but is it in the San Marcos school district?

    MR are low because this house is one of the earlier phases.

    To the ones questioning the school district, maybe you missed the API scores that were released in the last few weeks. Time to educate yourselves.
