$600K for that??? Looks to me like lots of deferred maintenance. Pretty dumpy little place for that kind of money.

looks to me like the hardwood floors are “coving” (I think that’s the term) which may indicate moisture…

Wow! Agree with calpolymom. 600k?!?! Pretty dumpy was exactly what came to mind. I understand location, location, location, but seriously… 600k? And this is with post crash prices? Looks like we still have quite a ways to go. Maybe I’m too unrealistic, but to me, I can’t see how this is worth more than 250, maybe 275 tops in todays economy. But then again, maybe I’m the one that needs to lay off the crack pipe. Even at 250, I wouldn’t be a buyer.

Unfortunately in SDNCC 250 buys one an one bedroom/one bath condo with $300 a month HOA fees most of the time. Sad I know.

Not much for 600K. It looks like all of the wood flooring is warped, not just a section. Could that be from mopping? Maybe the water seeped in the cracks?

Good vid new guy. You’ve got the beady eye like JTR but you still to graduate from JTR’s “Waldorf and Statler’s school of hard knocks.”
