Shea shows 9 plan types for the eight lots at Tyvek Estates. Looks like these guys got control of the inclusionary lot that Barret left behind, the taxman shows all nine lots in Nantucket II are Owned by “E L N L L C” and the former model and low income lot on Andrews are owned by “Little Point LLC” There may be some light at the end of the tyvek tunnel!

The split-level home is occupied now….I wonder if one of the flippers moved in.
The low income lot on Andrew has a permit sign saying it’s going to be on another lot on Vulcan….so I guess that frees up the low-income requirement for that lot. What’s going to happen to that lot? It’s probably too small to build on….but I think it would make a great addition to one of the two homes backing it…..Nantucket’s yards are absurdly small.
So is Shea going to keep the same home designs that Barratt left behind?
Anyone else find Tyvek to be a very odd name for a housing development? The only time you see tyvek in housing is before the house is completed…

It’s actually called Nantucket, it’s Jim’s nickname for it….because that’s all you see!

Ahhhh… that makes much more sense. Thanks. Shows you how closely I follow that neck of the woods. Jim’s sense of humor was too dry for me on that one (and I missed the “tyvek tunnel” bit the first time around)…

Maybe put your buddy Yun under the cyclone?
Note to self….do not watch JtR’s driving videos right after eating lunch, unless I’ve taken Dramamine.
