Three months ago newly listed condos for sale would be lucky to get 2-3 showings their first week.
Today we got ten showing requests within 3 Hours of a unit going on the market.

As for the price, it’s way too high for the privilege of getting rid of the four-wheeled dependent.
Is the listing correct? Is the HOA really $5000/month? Yowsa! It better come with a lot of perks for that.
