    Are plumbing and electrical redone? It would be ashame to tear it all down to fix a major problem.

    I agree with Daytrip, nicely done! Solid quality look throughout entire home, very well appointed upgrades that should appeal to a wide audience. Nothing over the top, just solid bang for your buck quality remodel.
