That is a really nice floorplan!
Just enough of everything, not too much of anything, and a nice big fence to keep the coyotes from dragging the brats down into the gulley. Nice job, great value!

Jim, I’m fascinated by the RV hookups. Are
RV hookups something you are seeing more of? What’s the thinking behind the developers providing these? I would think that many buyers would be reluctant to buy where they risk looking at RV’s in many of their neighbor’s driveways.

No, it’s the first time I’ve seen a builder offer that, and I was shocked at the thought.
I need to go back next year when they are done and see how it turned out!
