Love this little tidbit that was tucked in at the end of the article:
So that means… people have been living in homes… homes in which they pay no rent, or mortgage payments… since 2008.
And I imagine they’re sitting in their back yard, soaking their feet in their inflatable pool, laughing, while occasionally pausing to light up their Marlboro Mentholated cigarettes with one dollar bills. “You gotta be in it, to win it,” they lecture to their friends. “No risk, no reward,” they say, as they flip their pre-cooked Costco barbecued ribs over on the mini-cooker. The one they acquired after dad died.
Ahhh…the infamous shadow inventory mystery revealed!!
Is that before or after the next crash?
