  1. I love it when owners choose to preserve the wood ceilings as intended by the architect instead of simply painting them over–like too many people do.
    A major point of an authentic ranch house are the awesome real wood ceilings!
    It’s a RANCH house, for Pete’s sake! Everything so well done. The sellers deserve a blue ribbon for an A+ job.
