61% of homebuyers do not consider walkability very important. 68% don’t consider proximity to work very important. 74% don’t think neighborhood diversity is very important. 75% don’t think public transportation is very important.
There is nothing here that compares these statistics vs the same questions 5 or 10 years ago.
I am not sure the headline is supported by the cited data.

Agree with Nick, looks like people still prefer detached homes.
