    Meritage has one stories in Vista. Half acre lots, 3-4k ft.

    Methinks the biggest houses up top are reaching $2m. I know someone under contract on one almost that high and there are others. They created a whole new category up there close to $1m higher than anything had ever sold up there. Only time will tell whether there is a resale market for them.
