Or if you don’t run out of buyers, you may get buyers that refuse to pay asking price for an over-priced turkey. The lure right now seems to be that lots of folks are thinking of buying today so that they can sell it in 1-2 years for double the money.
Like this one house I’m watching in PQ. It sold last year in the mid 500s and 1 year 6 months later they’re selling it in the mid 600s and they didn’t do a thing to it! Just increased the price by 100k!
