I am very grateful to have so many in the audience – over 5,000 unique users per month! Thanks for being here! The age demographics are interesting too – 54% of you are between the ages of 25-44!

Yay, 25-44 year olds! We are the forever forgotten, never noticed or reported on Gen X, who have disposable income and good jobs!:
“Research from American Express revealed that Xers have more spending power than any other generation. And while Gen Xers are only a quarter of the population or so, Acxiom’s Winters notes that they account for 31 percent of consumer spending. “You’re talking about parents with children,” she says. “The buying power is massive.”

Been reading Bubbleinfo since Spring, 2009 when I read that LA Times article on you, Jim (Front page of real estate section).
Bubbleinfo is my home page. That’s proof how much this real estate addict has learned from you. The “cherry on top” is the extraordinary comments from others. I consider Bubbleinfo a “must read”–even if you don’t live in NSDC…
Thank you both for being long-time contributors!
I appreciate all the contributors – daytrip, shadash, Rob Dawg, elbarcosr, just some guy, WC Varones, Eddie89, Kwaping, jd, Ross, Bode, Daniel, Lyle, and everyone else who has ever left a comment!
There have been 57,815 comments left here in 6,642 posts!
I’m flattered, if you meant me and all my typos.
One of my favorite vids was Jim, clearly annoyed to say the least, dealing with a foreclosed property in which the homesteaders, who knew they’d been evicted, were still occupying the house, but wouldn’t answer the door.
Then Jim went into the backyard.
I knew Jim wouldn’t be shot, because the video had been posted, but the tension and drama was there for me, just the same. It was then I knew this wasn’t a regular real estate website.
On a related note, I hate when I get “promoted” to a new age demographic…
Congrats Jim, you have earned such a huge audience through your relentless hard work on the site. Unlike some real estate bloggers who post like once a month, if that. I won’t mention any names.
😆 At least you hit it once a month!
