“A Paw-sitive” dog rant..”
I see what you did there.
buying a home that suits the needs of a dog……wow, talk about 1st world problems.
Keep in mind that if you have a need for a dog run you probably have a larger animal that doubles as a security system. Not trying to defend the crazy dog people. Just pointing out that if a security system is considered a feature to sell a house. The same can be said for a dog run.
I had a buyer say she was in love with our listing on Denise….except it didn’t have an adequately-fenced yard for her dog.
I suggested all the ways we could accommodate, but she was done. Either her dog was happy, or no sale!
Wow! This market really has gone to the dogs! Literally! 🙂
