The majority of americans don’t care about time. They care about having their way.
Go to a funeral, listen to everyone say, “I’ve realized time is so precious,” then check back a month later, and watch them hunched over their phone perusing their mile-long Facebook feed. Remind them of what they said a month ago, and luxuriate in their feeble laughs as they keep thumbing through their feed.
People are funny. Life is funny. It only becomes tragic if you get in the habit of taking either too seriously.
I think he has it about right, they say the internet makes older peoples time more valuable then it was before the internet LOL.
Heck my mother just ignores me sometimes when I visit because she is busy playing on her tablet.
Now a view of life before the internet
