Our market has been on an extended run for years, who’s left? Move-up buyers are prime candidates, as are the out-of-towners coming from more expensive areas (a great reason to hire the agent who does video tours to make it easy for them to preview!).

Random thoughts, JtR:

1. LOL at that lady picking fruit. Was she at yesterday’s open house?
2. Can’t wait until sometime in the future when realtors-who want to do this and meet stringent, new NAR requirements–are able to help clients nationally. (Yeah, like the NAR is ever going to get around to real training requirements.)
3. When you pulled out the June calendar, I shook my head in agreement.
4. If you ever get to my neighborhood, Jim, come on over to my massive RV garage. You can see a 1966 fully-restored and detailed yellow Chevie truck. It’s a friend’s dad’s original truck. Probably has $20+K invested in it. If you come the first of the month, maybe he’ll let you take it for a spin.

I call these kinds of videos, “JtR’s version of “Forrest Gump”. Us bubbleinfo addicts never know what we’re gonna get. Keep up the good work, Jim. *Grin* Personally, I see a lot of potential in you! Just think when you have 31+ years of experience. 🙂
