One of the most affordable ways to get into the Del Mar School District:
If it was built in 2002 you should also list the tax assessments above Prop 13 not just the HOA.
It was still fairly civil around this area in 2002.
The extras on top of the 1% property tax only add up to $227.84 per year, or $18.99 per month.
Included are:
CWA Water availability = $10.00
MWD Water standby = $11.50
Mosquito surveillance = $3.00
Vector disease control = $4.10
San Diego City Zoological Exhibits maintenance = $24.65
Not having the big MR add on is a big plus.
having an extra say .7% to 1% MR is a real encumbrance IMO. especially if you plan on retiring in the home anytime before it is paid off.
I wonder if people even think of these things before they sign LOL
Thanks Jim. As you note in the early 2000s tax creativity started blossoming. Good to see this one is not encumbered. There is a special assessment district near me that exists to… Pay for street lights.
Get good help.
