Congratulations on the listing! I’m certainly no expert on the area but when I have been to Hacienda Santa Fe at least in my opinion it seemed like a nice spot and its a place in RSF where you can get newer construction than typical convenant homes but at the same time still fairly low fees compared to some other newer RSF options.

On sewer, not septic.
Much easier to get to I-15 corridor.
A real estate feeling, rather than Crosby’s spanky tract houses on small lots and big fees for same price.
Have a horse!
I remember looking at this house’s little brother down the street back in November 2009…it was much more dated, and listed for $1.5M, I believe.
