I don’t think anything she said was in direct violation, because the Code is mostly about transactional dealings, and realtor-to-realtor relationships. But Article 12 mentions:
The obligation to present a true picture in advertising, marketing, and representations
As far as she knows, it’s all blue sky ahead. Just because you got elected president, doesn’t mean you have to be good at forecasting.
Exactly! Prices attractively = priced realistically.
