@ Daytrip, it isn’t, it isn’t, it has, it can have, I guarantee it has IAR (immediate armed response – to the burglar alarm) and the chap selling it is a banker who is not as ethical as he could perhaps be.
But the area is similar to the better parts of seaside SD and if Jim tells you how much it costs (in its own private nature reserve) it will make you gasp with astonishment (at how little it costs in US Dollars)
