Thankfully the fire in Carlsbad has subsided, and we can get back to real estate. Check out my new listing of the former model in Spyglass Hills that has the full 180-degree ocean view, big yard, 3-car, new carpet & paint, and loads of builder upgrades:
Come by the open houses Saturday and Sunday where we will be having the All-American BBQ and get your photo taken by the drone!

The seller says that it is Catalina Island we see in the video – and he is a Naval officer, so he should know. Come by and see for yourself:
I like this house. Will sell in a snap.
I think that is San Clemente island, Catalina is more north and could probably be seen on a clearer day.
Oh geez, you are right. Let’s see if I can fix it.
Do you carry liability insurance on the drone in the event you lose control and it crashes into something ( ie. house, car, person, pet, and so on and so forth )?
Cheers?
Beautiful pics! Did you take those yourself?
Yes I have insurance. But I don’t lose control, instead it takes on a mind of its own.
When that happens, you gotta sue the drone.
Those are pro photos.
Big view. But what’s with the carpets?
Jim, what’s your opinion on seriously underpricing? Would you have listed this for under 1M just so you will have crazy bidding war? I see quite a few listings here in SF where realtors priced them 30 or even 40% below market and everybody went nuts. There was one closed the other day at 80% above list.
That is a great place, it will go fast!!!
This looks like a great house! I love the views. I hope you get lots of traffic through the house this weekend (and a few serious buyers!) I’ll be interested to see how much interest there is at this price level of the market. (over $1M and not in CV) Good Luck Jim! I hope you sell it this weekend.
Bet you’ll have multiple offers before early Monday morning, Jim!
