Here’s the second video of the RobRanch combo, posted in reverse order.
This is the house tour that was going to come before the drone view over the RobRanch, but together they were about 10 minutes long. So call this Part 1:

Great work with the drone, JtR. You are way ahead of the curve with incorporating new tech into real estate. Don’t forget about the blog’s bread and butter videos…..the witty banter and random bits. especially the cars.
speaking of which, anyway you can mesh commentary over the drone video?

So, the development is probably going to squash existing properties in the $300-350/sf range.
Not very comfortable for sellers but it’s not that far from bubble peak levels. This one sold new for $600k in 2007, $365/sf.

Agreed, and this house/neighborhood will be fine because it is new enough.
The bulk of homes within a mile radius are built in the 1970s and 1980s – those are the ones that should giddyup.
Loved the drone work!!
To be technical….this home is not considered Robertson Ranch…this is actually Calavera Hills…
The oldest home in Robertson Ranch was built in 2011…
This featured home was built in 06….
FYI – The similar square footage home in the Foothills (Roberston Ranch) is selling out now at high 6’s low 7’s..
The upcoming Toll Brothers project/community on the west of the ranch should really play with the numbers..it’ll be interesting.
Keep up the fine work Jim!
