JtR: What is considered “low-income” pricing in Leucadia?
Under a million?
I don’t know what the amount is, but it is a joke. It’s a way for builders to spoon a deal to an insider who then rents it out for a nice profit.
JtR what is the name of the CA Bill that forces developers to have X percentage devoted to low income housing?
I searched near and far but did not find it.
We have a couple three LIH projects[and one brand spankin’ new one across the street from Del Norte HS] in the in Del Sur/4S Ranch area.
Gotta say, Jim, I wasn’t that impressed. Did you say $1.4 mil? There was nothing that really wowed me inside the house, and the freeway noise seemed noticeable. The view of that nursery would turn me off for that amount of money. Not surprised none of the six houses have sold yet. But maybe, it’s just me…
