Frustrated, or is it desperate level already? I just had a friend jump off the fence and buy a $900k house within a week. He said he had enough and just wanted to be done.
Frustrated, then desperation – everyone chugs along at their own pace.
But I think you need to get to desperate level (or close) to compete with the others in same category, otherwise they will win.
