Nice High ceilings. Somehow I don’t think they had a structural engineer in on that design element. Heck of a span to butt up against an internal 4″ wall.
Buyers will receive the usual flipper warranty though – 30 miles or 30 minutes, whichever comes first….

Our take on demographics has led us to only invest in single level rentals – no multi-story dwellings.
That is a great house, but one thing that may not bother others really is jarring to me – the interior doors are arched and grooved. That look does not go with the rest of the remodel.
