I believe 917 Highland Dr., sb was just flipped, although I have no clue at what price. I met & talked briefly with the flipper, a guy I’ve heard knows how to make money flipping while still leaving his buyers pleased with his efforts. I’m sure wannabe buyers (waiting for their “Eureka” moment) will see ample opportunity to find fault with this one. But personally, I think it provides a clear perspective why this flipper is in business and doing well.
