I don’t know what to say, Jim. A part of me just keep screaming “tear down” although a more realistic part is looking at this a thinking a major renovation could still work. But then I go back to the kitchen and the screaming side keeps winning, just because everything about that kitchen is just so wrong!!!
But either way, $1.8million? Well, it does have the RSF address…
Does the listing say anything about the pool at all? That it is green? Or there’s a bunch of dead bodies underneath that tarp?
