On the tax rolls, it looks like they facilitated a short sale without having to put the house on the open market – there were no previous listings in the MLS:

How can you sell the house without putting it on the market? Is that fraud?
I need to take that back.
It was an out-of-town agent who had it listed in the LA MLS, which is different than the San Diego MLS but they don’t know that:

Could this business be any more screwed up?
Give it time,Jim. Real Estate is no business to be in if you don’t have a sense of humor and a taste for the bizarre.
wow sold for 424K in March. I guess glass tile is expensive !
You seem a bit harsh on flippers these days Jim yet you whole wholeheartedly support track home builders who use materials which are just as cheap if not worse then flippers.
What gives with the double standard?
I don’t think I’ve ever supported any builders besides Davidson, and I’ve raved about flippers, Tom T. for one.
Are you just trying to bait into a blog flame-war? Those are reserved for Fridays! 😆
Not a bad vanilla job, but I don’t understand staging the kitchen counter with those clear tubes of balls that just make the counter look small.
I actually like the look of the glass tile bath (especially the blue stripe), although I have concerns about maintenance.
I, uh…*ahem*..put in a glass tile “stripe” in the tub surround tile in the second bathroom in my home. I like the look as it gives some visual interest to what would otherwise be a homogenous surface. There is no maintenance issue with it…it doesn’t collect hard water mineral buildup anymore than the tile.
Jim, how come the videos lately don’t fill the screen? I recall this issue went away briefly when you got the new camera, but now it’s back and the blank area is even bigger than before.
Maybe the videos are at higher resolution or different aspect ratio (16:9 perhaps?), and your video client is showing a blank area?
I love the midget furniture if I were a midget. That “Great Room” isn’t so great. I would count that really as a “Kitchen Nook“.
Although Tom is technically a Flipper, in the Venn Diagram of Flippers he insects more with Master Craftsman than he does Low-grade materials.
Weird.. the video problem I mentioned above only happens on my Window 7 machine, not my Mac. Both running the latest Firefox. I expect to see black bars at the top and bottom when I go full screen, but I see a black border on all four sides.
