Tom Tarrant and I will be at 4841 Sparks in Bay Park today from noon to 3pm.

Take the I-5 freeway to the Sea World Dr. exit, and once off the freeway, go east to Morena and turn left to Knoxville – turn right and follow the signs!

    I hope you have an accepted offer before Monday, Tom did a fantastic job on the house and Jim, well…maybe Tom should turn the video camera on Jim so he can show his best stuff off too. 🙂

    Finally went over to Tom’s blog. Honestly, simply did not fully appreciate just how nice and detailed the renovation was until I checked out the before pics.

    The aesthetics looks really sleek and smooth. I especially love how the kitchen was designed. How did it go? Has it been already sold?
