Ha! Was that a shout out to me, Jim?

LOL….hilarious.
For a million dollars, the interior is a tragedy. Cheap carpets, cheap cabinets, decal in the shower!?!? seriously!? Couple that with the Bed, Bath, and BEYOOOOOOOOOOND!!!! white elephant Christmas gift soap dispenser. Painting and replacing the flooring in that much square footage really is a significant hurdle when the starting price is 1 mil.

Jim the Realtor | October 24th, 2011 at 9:55 pmWhat a pity. We looked at a few of these when they were new and again a couple of years ago. There are some very lovely homes in this small neighborhood (I think there were only 15-20 by this builder), but this is not one of them.
shoppingaround | October 25th, 2011 at 7:30 amHey! Wait a minute! Isn’t this what they call, “rooftop views”?
Maybe I’ve been asleep but this is the first time I’ve heard the term “warehouse” homes. How appropriate!
Peter | October 25th, 2011 at 7:38 amHey Jim,
Had a fiberglass in-the-ground pool growing up — they’re actually quite nice. Not only is the smooth surface easy on the body, algae doesn’t stick; you don’t have to use anywhere near as much chemicals in them.
