Nicer location than the stuff on Craven or Edgewater or that new Arbor Ranch by Centex for comparable price . Best of all- superior San Marcos school district!

To the ones questioning the school district, maybe you missed the API scores that were released in the last few weeks. Time to educate yourselves.
