Nice clean REO. We rented on that street on the same side as the REO, backing up to the preserve. Nice and quiet, lots of birds to watch. Good mountain biking in the preserve and you can ride right out of your garage to get to it.

Regarding the bonus feature at the end:
I was always partial to the rally sport bumpers on the 70-73 models that weren’t full width over the grill. Those you don’t see too often as even the SS and Z28 had full width bumpers:

You are right on the money with regards to this house being a market indicator. It is hard to tell from the video, but it looks like all this place needs is new carpet, paint, and basic landscaping. How much would all of that cost? 10-12K? Less if the buyer does the painting themselves?
That is pretty much move in ready for a REO.
I noticed the Mello-Roos and HOA fees are really low for a fairly new house.
